Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Lead to drive end-to-end OT SOC system integration across a Central Control Station and multiple remote power substations.
The role requires strong technical leadership, coordination across multidisciplinary teams, and successful delivery of a fully functional and tested cybersecurity system in critical infrastructure environments.
The above role also qualifies for a COFOUNDER position for entrepreneurially inclined candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complete OT SOC implementation and system integration projects
- Oversee integration of SIEM, EDR/XDR, SOAR, IDS, Vulnerability Assessment, NMS, Asset & Log Management and related cybersecurity platforms
- Coordinate with Application Engineers and Field Teams across substations
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, cybersecurity standards, and client requirements
- Interface with OEMs, subcontractors, and client stakeholders
- Drive timely delivery, testing, validation, and final system acceptance
Experience Required
- Strong background in OT/IT cybersecurity environments
- Prior experience handling SOC implementation or system integration projects
- Exposure to power transmission networks or substation environments preferred
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing technical teams and complex deployments
