Role Overview
The Field Services Manager will lead and oversee large-scale field operations for OT SOC deployment across multiple power transmission substations.
This role is responsible for managing on-ground execution, coordinating field teams, ensuring deployment quality, and maintaining alignment with central integration and project leadership teams.
The objective is to ensure structured, timely, and fully compliant system rollouts across geographically distributed sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage field service teams across multiple substations
- Plan and oversee site-wise deployment schedules
- Coordinate logistics, site readiness, and resource allocation
- Manage centralized ticketing and issue tracking workflows
- Ensure execution quality and adherence to project timelines
- Act as the primary coordination bridge between field teams and central SOC integration teams
- Interface with client stakeholders for smooth deployment and reporting
Experience Required
- 5+ years of admin/managerial experience in multi-site field operations
- Proven experience in managing large-scale field service operations
- Exposure to OT environments or critical infrastructure deployments
- Experience handling geographically distributed teams
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management capabilities
- Familiarity with structured deployment processes and centralized monitoring systems
